Ultimate Crudites & Dip Platter

My modern crudité platter is perfect to serve at a party. Add some fresh greens into the mix with a gorgeous assortment of veggies and dip. This tray is extra special to me because it includes my Grandmother Mina’s homemade ranch dip.

When I was a kid, my grandmother always had a crudites platter on the table. We never called it by its fancy French name though; it was just Grandma’s veggies and dip. I loved veggies as a kid and would eat the entire tray myself (leaving the mushrooms for any adult who wanted them).
