Imported Italian charcuterie meats, the only meats I use. Artisan cheeses from around the world, cut from the case. Olives, cornichons, marinated mushrooms, grilled artichokes. Dried and seasonal fruit.

I build every board, from the $26 Nosh Box to the Grazing Feast for 50, with the same meats and cheeses. A larger board has more of each and a wider variety.

Garden & Fresh

Every board in Garden & Fresh is composed around what is in season. Peaches at their peak with prosciutto and burrata. My Gram’s ranch recipe at the center of the garden board.

The Garden Board · serves 20 Crisp, hand-selected vegetables at the height of the season, arranged around my Gram’s ranch dip. Her family recipe, and customers have loved it for years. $145→ Order Summer Peaches & Prosciutto · serves 6–8 Sweet and salty, and only while peaches are in. Ripe peaches layered with prosciutto sliced fresh in house, creamy burrata, buffalo mozzarella and silky stracciatella, with cherries, cherry tomatoes, peppery arugula, basil and mint. Finished with a drizzle of my private-label Tuscan olive oil and balsamic glaze. $135→ Order Giardino, the vegan box · serves 2–4 A plant-based take on classic charcuterie. Rebel vegan cheeses, creamy hummus, crisp seasonal vegetables, marinated olives, grilled artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, cornichons, pistachios and whatever fruit is in. $75→ Order Giardino, the vegan board · serves 10–12 The same at board size, with vegan crackers alongside. Each board is built by hand and will vary with the season and the best selections available in our shop. Specific ingredients are not guaranteed. Please list allergies and dietary needs when ordering.
