From my table to yours…
I grew up in Pittsburgh, in an Italian-American family where the table was the center of everything. Meals stretched for hours, and my grandfather told the same stories we never tired of hearing.
Meet Jeff — my husband, biggest cheerleader, and the guy who believed in me from the very beginning. He encouraged me to follow my passion, focus on what I love, and turn my charcuterie dreams into something special. He’s been my biggest supporter (and occasional taste tester!) ever since.
The table this came from

My grandparents taught me to share good food with the people we love. Starting Pickles & Pancetta was my way to honor them.

Why I built Pickles & Pancetta
My family’s table was where everyone gathered, talked and stayed for hours. I built it so the boards and boxes I make bring people together around your table the same way.
My grandmother never cut a corner, even when no one would have noticed, because she believed feeding someone well is a form of respect. I build every order the way she cooked. A box for two at your kitchen table and a grazing table for a hundred of your clients get the same unhurried care, because the details you think no one sees are the ones people feel.

Where the name came from
Mr. Pickles and Pancetta are two of our rescue dogs, and the shop is named after them. The cheese counter is named after the third, Mascarpone.
PawCuterie
My passion project. For every PawCuterie product sold, a portion of the proceeds goes to local dog rescue.
