Whole cheese wheels on display and a counter where everything is cut to order. You can taste a cheese at the counter before you buy any of it.
Come in with a question and leave with something you have never tasted.

What is inside
- The cheese case. Whole cheese wheels on display, cut to order, nothing pre-packaged
- The olive and antipasto bar. Castelvetrano, Kalamata, Moroccan oil-cured, stuffed cherry peppers, marinated mushrooms
- Imported Italian charcuterie, sliced fresh — prosciutto, bresaola, coppa secca, soppressata, salami
- Olive oils, including Olio di Famiglia, and the pantry things worth carrying
- Pairing cards you can take with you

Two ways to get your cheese, boards and boxes
Thursday to Saturday, 10 to 3
Come in
The counter is open and everything is cut while you wait. Ask for a quarter pound of something you have never heard of. Taste it first if you want to.
Seven days a week
Order ahead
Boards, boxes and cheese by weight are ordered online and picked up on a time we set. Pickups run seven days a week, including days the shop is closed.
Twenty-four hours is usually enough notice for a board.
